Tema de Trabajo: Regulación de la expresión génica y variabilidad genética
Descripción de trabajo: Nuestro objetivo es entender la regulación de la expresión génica durante procesos biológicos complejos como la diferenciación celular, y los mecanismos por los cuales la misma se ve alterada en forma patogénica. Nos interesa entender la arquitectura de las redes de regulación de la expresión génica y de sus componentes individuales, así como el impacto que la variabilidad genética tiene en la función de las mismas.
